Winter Stitchmas 2027 will be held at the
McLaren Vale Function Centre

Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th July 2027
10.00am to 4.00pm

Our designers for 2027 are:
Amanda Burnim from Amanda Burnim Designs and
Jennifer Minchinton from Paisley Jam Designs

2 days of stitching pleasure $300.00

You will receive 4 brand new exclusive patterns with fabrics to complete them.
You will also receive a goody bag with an assortment of items.

You will be truly spoilt with fully catered morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea with
coffee or tea available throughout day. Please ensure that you complete the food
allergy section if applicable, as Patchwork By Sea cannot accept responsibility if
this is not completed during your booking.

Mclaren Vale Function Centre also hosts 4 star onsite accommodation. Please
contact them on 08 8323 8265 to book a room. How nice is it to be able to stay on the
same site as the retreat. There’s also a caravan park in McLaren Vale, with many
B&Bs around the area.

All you need to bring for the weekend is your basic embroidery supplies, needles,
hoop, thimbles, scissors ect and maybe a cushion for extra comfort.
Of course, we will also have all your shopping needs covered with our shop
Patchwork By Sea attending the retreat.

Do you have a Food Allergy?
Please note that the function centre now have a surcharge of $5.00 per day for specially prepared meals. Food allergies are NOT food preferences. This surcharge will be added to your final payment if required.

I would like to attend Winter Stitchmas being held at the McLaren Vale Function Centre
Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th July 2027.

2 day registration – A $50 deposit is due upon registration. I understand that the initial deposit is non-refundable if I decide to cancel my booking.

Balance of $250.00 is due on 26th February if paying in full, or payment can be made in 4 instalments of $62.50 on or around the 26th of February, March, April and May 2027. $10 food surcharge will be added to your May payment if required.

Cancellations up to 1st May will be refunded less your $50 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations between 2nd May and 1st June will not be refunded unless we can fill your position.
Cancellations after 2nd June will not be considered.

• I understand that my $50 deposit is non-refundable if I decide to cancel my booking.
• If paying the balance in full, the balance of $250 is due on 26th February.
• If paying the balance by instalments, payments of $62.50 are due on or around the 26th of February, March, April and May 2027.
• If payment instalments are not met, you may forfeit your position at the retreat.
• Cancellations up to 1st May will be refunded less your $50 non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations between 2nd May and 1st June will not be refunded unless we can fill your position.
• Cancellations after 2nd June will not be considered.
• Bookings are not transferable from one retreat to another at a later time.
• Transfers to a third party are acceptable but must be pre-approved by Patchwork By Sea
